Clean Air America To Showcase Air Filtration Solutions for Welding at TECHSPO National Leadership & Skills Conference
Weld Station 5 Operates in Over 200 Schools & Training Facilities
June 5, 2012 – Atlanta, GA – Clean Air America, Inc., innovator in air filtration products that protect workers, students, and the environment, announces participation at TECHSPO, the National Leadership and Skills Conference for SkillsUSA, an association that partners students, teachers, and industry to ensure America has a skilled workforce and that students excel. Clean Air America designs, manufactures, and delivers a wide range of accessories and tools for a school’s welding lab, including welding booths, Weld Stations, Risers, Weld Curtains, downdraft tables, silencers, positioners, Pull-out Tool Drawers, Hoods, portable fume collectors, and more.
At TECHSPO, Clean Air America will be showcasing the Weld Station 5, an environmentally friendly, high performance, low-cost welding station that removes smoke and dust from the welding lab, providing crystal clean air for students to breathe. The Weld Station 5 Welding Booth meets LEAF (Low Energy Air Filtration) standards and reflects “Green” features that save energy up to 80% using the Smart Start (automatic start stop), VFD (variable frequency drive), LED lights, high efficiency blowers and premium efficiency motors.
“Our Weld Station 5 is used in over 200 schools and training facilities; it provides the efficiency and performance that instructors need to teach students excellent welding skills,” said Jorgen Brahm, vice-president of Clean Air America. “Colleges, technical schools, and high schools love the flexibility that the Weld Station 5 provides as there is no duct work to deal with and they have a small footprint. We offer a self-contained welding booth with the lowest energy usage and noise level on the market.”
The Clean Air Weld Booth is a flexible booth configuration that is ducted either to an exhaust fan or the preferred method of a filtration system such as the Clean Air Smart Collector, when ceiling height in the weld lab is an issue. Weld Stations are easy to install, yet built of 12-guage steel to stand the test of time.
SkillsUSA TECHSPO will be held June 24 – 26, 2012 at the H. Roe Bartle Hall Convention Center in Kansas City. Stop by Booth T-010 to see Clean Air America’s highly efficient, premium welding solutions.
