We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team in the following areas:


Engineering

Title: Mechanical Engineer

Description: Design new equipment and accessories and maintain existing designs and modifications to current equipment. Drafting using Solidworks (Primary) and AutoCAD / Draftsight (Minor). Create and modify part documentation on all machines. Assist in development of new equipment and plant layout designs. Troubleshoot quality and flow issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet production requirements. Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc. Assist in training users on new and existing equipment. Collaborate with sales and production to implement custom systems. Implementation of fire suppression systems, custom structures, custom hoods, etc. Travel on site to analyze and design custom ducting systems and hoods. Understand and implement proper Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances (GD&T). Understand and implement proper welding callouts.

Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent. Three year’s experience in drafting and design preferred but not required. Understanding of Systems Engineering Principles, working as part of a group of engineers, writing and using specifications. Project management skills – able to work on multiple projects at once and see them through to completion. Strong communications and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with other departments. Must be able to read and create blue prints. Must be able to work independently and interest in taking the initiative.

Title: HMI and PLC Programmer, Electrical Engineer

Description: Write new PLC code and maintain existing code used in current equipment. Program using Fuji HMI, Eaton PLC, Siemens TIA portal, ABB drives, plus more. Create and modify touchscreen user interfaces on all machines. Create, read logic and flow diagrams for program design, programming, simulation, testing, and start-up. Assist in development of schematics, wiring and panel layout designs. Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements and business needs. Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc. Assist in training users on new and existing programs. Collaborate with sale and production to implement custom systems.  Extensive knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and Underwriters Laboratory codes (UL) among others.

Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent. One to three years programming experience on PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs preferred but not required.  Understanding of Systems Engineering Principles, working as part of a group of engineers, writing and using specifications. Project management skills – able to work on multiple projects at once and see them through to completion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with other departments.  Must be able to work independently and interest in taking the initiative.

Some travel optional.

Title: Draftsman

Description: Drafting using Solidworks (Primary) and AutoCAD / Draftsight (Minor). Create and modify part documentation on all machines. Assist in development of new equipment and plant layout designs. Collaborate with department members on projects. Understand and implement proper Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances (GD&T). Understand and implement proper welding callouts.

Qualifications: Associates Degree in Drafting or equivalent experience. Strong communications and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with other departments. Must be able to read and create blue prints. Must be able to work independently and interest in taking the initiative.
