RTT Batch Powder Coating Booths by Clean Air Industries are built for low-to-mid volume operations that need efficient use of floor space and consistent air quality. The open-front design lets operators load parts of any size without obstruction. A tubeaxial exhaust fan pulls air steadily through the work area into the rear plenum. Interior widths range from 4 to 16 ft, with 7 or 10 ft heights, and airflow runs from 2,800 to 12,800 CFM.

Three filtration stages capture powder before it reaches your facility: a blanket filter for coarse overspray, a bag filter for finer particulate, and a HEPA-type final filter. Clean air returns to the room, so no make-up air is needed and HVAC stays simpler. A Final Filter Proving Assembly interlocks with the air solenoid valve, so the gun won’t fire until the filters are in place and working.

Booths ship with 18-gauge galvanized steel panels, laser-cut for bolt-together field assembly. ETL-listed E-Light LED fixtures (4,000 or 8,000 lumens) are rated Class 1 Div 2 (Groups A–D) and Class 2 Div 2 (Groups F, G). Every booth meets or exceeds applicable OSHA and NFPA requirements, and optional UL-listed control panels are available for a fully certified system.

Batch Powder Coating Booth Options

• Powder-coated white exterior finish (upgrade from standard galvanized)
• Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) fan control — adjusts fan speed for optimum airflow and reduced motor amp load
• Control panel (motor starter, multi-speed, VFD, or SmartTouch PLC-based) — purchased separately
• Conveyor and crane slots/openings for overhead material handling integration
