The RTT Lab Powder Coating Booth by Clean Air Industries RTT Finishing Solutions’ Lab Powder Coating Booth is built for small-batch, manual powder application where floor space is limited.
Its compact plenum design maximizes usable work area within a small footprint, making it ideal for prototype runs, R&D labs, repair shops and finishing operations that don’t need a full-size batch booth.
The standard model measures 5 ft W × 5 ft H × 3 ft D and delivers 1,600 CFM through a 3-filter cartridge system.
A Dwyer purge control system keeps airflow at design levels by automatically pulsing the cartridge filters clean as powder builds up, which extends filter life without manual maintenance. A rollaway base of 3-inch channel steel and 10-gauge welded mild steel, finished in white powder coat, lets you reposition the booth anytime.

- NEMA 12 control panel, UL- and ETL-listed, factory-mounted, wired and tested
- Integrated VFD for fan speed control
- ETL-listed E-Light LED fixtures
- Meets and exceeds OSHA and NFPA standards
