Shop Welder
Location: Russellville, KY

About the Role
Clean Air Industries is seeking a skilled Shop Welder to join our manufacturing team in Russellville, KY. In this role, you’ll fabricate and assemble components for our industrial air filtration and dust collection systems, working alongside a team of AWS-certified welders committed to quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and stainless steel components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
- Fit and assemble parts according to engineering specifications
- Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and accuracy
- Operate shop equipment safely and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting
- AWS certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in MIG and/or TIG welding
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
